Who's Diego Pacheco?

Diego PACHECO BARRERA was born in Cuenca, Republic of Ecuador in 1972. He studied guitar with Joel Alvarado Castro, and Bolivar Sarmiento Regalado, later attending the seminars and training courses with Guillermo Moreno Pinto, Rodrigo Riera, Ryhuey Kobayashi and Terry Pazmiño. A higher level, the instrument of their studies conducted with Soler Mendieta prominent guitarist at the Manabi University where he earned a degree in as a pedagogical tool in Guitar. He has attended master classes Kety Stoyanova, Remi Boucher, Eladio Scharrón, Richard Paterson, Radin Zenklas, Ignacio Rodes and Enriq Madriguera. At the Cuenca University earned his degree in composition, being among the first graduates in that specialty. These studies followed with recognized masters Pablo Freire Camacho, Diana Viteri.The subjects of musical arrangements, Armony and counterpoint discussed with Wilmer Jumbo; Mercedes Crespo, Tadashi Maeda, Arleti Molerio, Ximena Peñaherrera and Ruben Terterián. Similarly to courses and seminars: composers Mesias Maiguashca.Rodolfo Acosta, Colombian composer; Arturo Rodas, ecuadorian composer; Alicia Terzián, from Argentina. In co-authored with Edgar Avecillas and Williams Zaruma composed "Extasis Shamánico", a work that uses the computer to process the sound with elements of Ecuadorian folklore creating a synthesis interesting. Likewise symphonic works as "La Espera Eterna," "Crónica de una Ejecución" and "Yo visité Ganímedes." And three concerts for guitar and sinfonic orchestra, reflects elements of traditional Ecuadorian with a treatment that achieves an environment attractive and innovative; Pedagogy Musical Natalia Kovalenko attended seminars with the Uruguayan musicologist Coriún Ahanarorian. His works have been published in Revista Cuenca Ilustre (2005, 2007). It serves as Director of Area Higher Conservatory of Guitar "Jose Maria Rodriguez". It has offered several concerts as solist. His studies laws in the Cuenca University where he graduated as Lawyer, and currently (2008) is pursuing studies in Computer Science Master of Laws, in this same university.
